Twenty somethings aren't into car ownership. The figures in cities for that age bracket taking up driving is pretty low.

The article mentions there are plans for a lot of high rise developments near the new HS2 station.
I still do honestly believe that within 15 years we will have to try and live without cars as a commuting tool.
