my Strava segment up Saintbury was just under 13 minutes ,I aim to get around 9 minutes by the end of the year and down to under 12 stone
Or truthfully beat my brothers time because thats what really matters
Its a 9% average gradient with 18% sections :)

That's quite an improvement required but I'm sure you've got that covered, Perks!

I'm a bit gutted.. I was hoping I would get the certificate through straight away for the CycleScheme and I'd be expecting the bike delivery next week but I won't get the certificate until June and then I'll be hopefully receiving the bike 18 days after that. It's also when I'm supposed to be on my honeymoon but I am 99% sure that's getting cancelled.

I've lost 1 stone in 2 weeks by diet alone so I could really use a bike to start some cardio. I can't run with these wobbly knees.

Nice going! I'm now very comfortably in the belt notch I've been using and my stomach is flatter. Probably going into the next notch next week.

So long as it's not off your cock. That would be a disaster

Some of those small roads around Saintbury look better suited to the Honda.

Enjoyed a very nice recovery ride today, bit quicker than it should be.

Bike feels a lot not comfortable for the changes, thanks perkles for all the tips.

Today's learning was tyre pressures, they make a hell of a difference to the comfort of the ride with they're right.ImageImage

A couple of photos of my bike ride today. The view of the field you might just be able to see there were about 100 wild deer in a herd in the field. It was a beautiful spring day away from the traffic.

No exactly its called Teddesley Hay, its opposite where the Chase starts but much of it is private land.
