A few projects I'm working on I've said the target is for the Brexit deadline - I guess that makes me ahead of schedule. Yippee

There is no such thing as a Brexit deadline. - it's slipperier than Mr Slippy, the Slippery Eel from Slippsville.

After being covered in oil.

Johnson has said that he'll back Corbyn's call for a general election, if Corbyn will back Johnson's deal.

He's really fecking clueless, isn't he?

Maybe not so much.? -Remember the results of the last vote; conservatives were obliterated, but labour didn't fare much better.! Besides, don't forget that Corbyn himself is fundamentally in favour of brexshit.

Johnson has just said there's no interest in the Commons for his Withdrawal Bill. It sounds like he's given up.

So. No deal then.

I wonder if Parliament might oust him as PM over the next few weeks.

So Bercow has gone.

His deputy, Lindsay Hoyle, looks the most likely to replace him.

New speaker appointed.

He's got a Rottweiler called Gordon and a tortoise named Maggie.

I like him already

Whilst I have NO sympathy whatsoever for the Yankee sow who killed Harry, then hid behind her husband's diplomatic protection & fled our justice system, I do have with Dominic in this instance.
That is not a position I would normally be seen to take.
However imho it would be negligent of him to take the politically expedient approach of not defending the FO.
