Yep...that's a photo of a seagull, where to be fair, is probably where you'll find Gizmo, but is unlikely to narrow the search by much.

This was a genuine concern of mine with Elsie as a youngster.. the seagulls would fly over staring down at her

Fwiw I blame the owners, for buying into a breed that is human created freak derived from interbreeding genetically flawed canines simply to produce their own vanity project creatures.

Chihuahuas were originally bred to be sold as food....I forget the breed/type of dog they originated from...might have been a wild dog...or maybe something brought from Spain??
It was Herman Cortez, or Pizarro, or one of those guys that popularized them as pets, I think.

I really don't like those types of dogs - like StMarks but I do feel for the owners, a dog is part of the family.
