Re: Joker
It looks close to The Killing joke.
Depends which version of Joker you're used to. I thought Jack Nicholson did a really good job. The Joker is a messed up petty criminal who has risen through the ranks. He's been hyped up in recent years to some sort of semi-super hero.

Re: Joker
Im.not really into super hero type films but I've always liked the joker and to see his back ground think will be good. Looks pretty impressive

Re: Joker
I thought Jack Nicholson's Joker was cartoonish....which I suppose is fine, as it is a comic strip character.
Heath Ledger nailed it for me....sadism & humour all wrapped up in one nice little psychopathic bundle.

Re: Joker
Don't forget that Jack had to appease the kids who grew up watching Cesar Romero so he couldn't move too wildly away otherwise the film would have been panned by the critics and fans alike. He did well in keeping that version of the Joker alive but making his character darker and deeper.

Re: Joker
That's a good call.....and Nicholson only had Romero to draw from.
Mark Hamill is worth a mention for the cartoon series...I would never has guessed that was him doing the voicework.....it's obvious once you know though.
