A couple of years ago while waiting outside the gurkin for an interview I witnessed a bloke doing just this. There is a recessed outdoor seating area, he was sat to the edge and just looked a bit shifty. When I got a coffee and sat back down he had moved and I could see his phone screen and what he was taking pics of.
It was summer and a very hot day, soy the pickings where easy.

I think technology has just fed the means for these guys. Before they’d get a quick peak I guess and that would be there thrill. But now they had the means to recorded it, share it and in some cases make money from it.
