Post by Kwacky »

Anyone up to anything?

Out tonight for a few beers with Mrs K and some mates.

Nothing firm planned for Saturday. I might take the AT over to Honda so they can look at the wheels.

Sunday morning blat to Lucys then bike washing in the afternoon.

There are some great places to eat around there. You can console yourself with decent food and beer.

Not a lot again. Family time Saturday.

Sunday, bikes, bacon, and catching up with slappers.

Should fit in a run a some point too.

I'll happily take recommendations as we're both craving some nice foods after throwing everything into a fat loss diet.

What sort of thing are you after?

Rebel chicken is good for a bite to eat http://fulltothebrum.co.uk/2018/06/rebe ... irmingham/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The Church Inn used to do really good southern style food but I think it's just pizzas now.

If you want a proper sunday roast then the Red Lion is highly recommended http://theredlionbirmingham.com/food/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; the rest of the food is pretty good as well

Or you could go for a posh Indian http://viceroytandoori.com/Viceroy%20Menu-8-2017.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

A little further afield but I've yet to have a better burger http://originalpattymen.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; there's a nice bar next door as well.

It depends what you want to eat and how much you want to spend.

I'm sure the burger place will spike the fiancé's interest... Would you be about? Grab a drink and/or food while exchanging a camera?

I'm on the ride out Sunday morning. It depends what time you're going to be in Brum for. I'm sure we can catch up at some point.

The shop we're wanting to visit shuts at 3.30 so I wouldn't be around too long afterwards as I'd need to get back and finish my dissertation.

Enjoy the ride out though.. have a cake for me haha

PM me your mobile. I'll let you know when I'm back from the ride out. JQ is about 30 minutes away from home.

Today we’ve got tickets for the London Rugby Derby at the Olympic stadium between Sarries & Quins, preceded by a trip into Borough Market for some decent food. Home this evening and feet up with a cuppa and the new Crimes of Grindelwald disc.

Not much on Sunday, chill and lunch is as far as I’ve got atm.

Wembley last night. Currently enjoying an 18 wheeler than off to the London Eye, spot of lunch and some other London stuff before of home.

Sunday is a chill day. Probably out for a nice family walk and out for some dinner and a few jars before falling asleep on the sofa watching telly.
