Weekend plans

Post by Kwacky »

Anyone up to anything?

I have bugger all planned. I reckon I'll crank up the heating and slob out. If the weather warms up on Sunday I might take the Honda out.

Think we're going to take the kids swimming if I've recovered from this stomach bug.

Apart from that, very little planned.

Shopping for a new sofa for the kitchen today, Old Trafford tomorrow for the Reading game and Sunday will be a country walk and a nice pub roast dinner. Probably a few beers in there somewhere and my lad is mithering me to go to John Lewis for some pictures he has seen for his bedroom but Im trying to avoid that as will be mobbed at the weekend.

Tonight watching Spurs probably have a poor showing against a league 2 team. Tomorrow I need to go to pet shop and get more food for the snakes as I ran out before Xmas and then its cleaning them out feeding them. Sunday nothing planned at the moment, I want to get some guitar playing in at some point and the bike could do with a bit of TLC too.

Moaning, probably.

It's my last weekend before returning to work. I haven't worked since the end of November, so I've got used to sitting around the house and doing nothing for a LOOOONG time.

I sort of want to go back, but I really don't.

My last weekend off before going back to the grind next week, so of course I’m resizing and fitting a bookcase in MiniGees room for my last bit of Christmas R&R. Other than that project not much on our radar for this weekend, just chilling.

Working tomorrow and my neighbour has mentioned a trip out on bikes on Sunday, going to keep an eye on the weather forecast.

Went for a lovely 0 degree run with the puppy after work today and planning the same again tomorrow morning.

Other than that I need to get my Uni presentation finished as I'm presenting it on Thursday.

I'd like to slob out to a movie at some point though - I still want to watch Guardians of the Galaxy 2

We are up the coast visiting freinds and kid free.

Currently sweltering in 40 deg and no AC (sweat)

Frickin' pi$$ing down here.....so my weekend plans have been revised from "cycling & maybe going to the beach" to "bugger all".

I'll start building a model plane or sommit to pass the time.
