Everything about the Earth's rotation/orbit/length-of-a-day, etc. is constantly changing, that's just the natural state of affairs. But it's so slow that it's not really worth bothering with....it's probably milliseconds per year...or even per century, so not really worth worrying about. Ever.

the moon is drifting away from the Earth at 4cm a year , as its gravitational pull decreases the Earths rotation will slow , but it's more likely we will hit the Andromeda Galaxy way before it becomes an issue .
