Businessman who took out injunction

Post by duke63 »

To stop a newspaper publishing his sordid predatory dalliances at work Has been named in Parliament.

Not only does he donate to the Tory party but he has a knighthood.

It really is time for everyone to wake up and see how we are being duped by those in power.

BBC are pointing out the conflict between decisions made by The Judiciary, Parliamentary Privilege and abuse of Lawful Injunctions by the rich and powerful. Much more to come from this and more pain for the Conservatives.

How is anyone being "duped" if the man was just named in the H.O.P.???

That's about the last place you'd want to be naming people if you were trying to hide something from the public.

Being duped by the system is what i am getting at.

Lauded by those in power when actually it appears he was a very unpleasant sexual predator and racist.

Well.....they're nothing more than allegations at this moment in time. Seems to me like the guy took out an injunction to prevent the usual "trial by press & public opinion" that seems to permeate almost every aspect of politics these days.....and they've STILL found away around it.

Everyone knows who it is. These injunctions are useless in the age of social media.

Allegedly cost him £500,000 to take it out. That was money well spent.

And him to now deny it all.

There are some total shits in this world who really need taking down a peg or too.

And those in charge of the Country saw fit to give him a knighthood. (facepalm)

Well, it's not like he was given a knighthood for his services to child abuse, is it??
