Rottweiler. But she's a small one for her breed. Probably about the same size as a boxer.

She's solid though. I'm going to get a harness for her.

Can i recommend these - easy to put on and off and really adjustable.

Both mine have them.

Fwiw that's what I have for Kiera, has a useful carry handle atop too.
Amazon usually seemed to have the best prices when I last looked.

Say Ciao to Bella. She's 2 years old (they think) and she's the latest edition to the family. We get her next weekend.

We're not getting Bella this weekend ;(

She was spayed yesterday. There was a bleed during the operation so the vet kept her in overnight. She is fine and she's back at the kennels, eating and playing. But they don't release the dogs unless they've had a post op check up by the vet and that can't happen before Tuesday.

:( gutting for you, but at least she is ok.

They have left it rather late before you got her? Surely they could have done it earlier to allow for recovery. Ideal long weekend to start her settling in too.

Bugger. (bear)

I think they're booked in in advance as soon as the dog arrives. She didn't have any details on her kennel when we first saw her as she hadn't been in for long. It's just bad timings. If she hadn't stayed in overnight last night she could have come home tomorrow.

I'm pissed off as I'm away next weekend and Sam is at work on Saturday.
