Bankrupt Insurer
Got an email this morning saying my underwriter for my insurance has gone bankrupt. So rang up my broker and took 40 mins to get told hard luck ring our sales team..... Im F"£$"£$" fuming. paid in full for the insurance have 6 months left on it. Sounds like ill be lucky if i seen anything back and the customer service i have received from my broker is f£$£$ shite .... Why do i pay them a fee if they can not manage my policy for me.
"80mph" sorry officer I possibly could not have done that I'm no Valentino Rossi.

Re: What ails you today?
I am pretty sure there are some safeguards in place for this situation Rocket - get in touch with the financial ombudsman they have a department for motor insurance at the very least they should be able to tell you if there is a way to mitigate your loss .
