I've had to chase the funeral directors as I've heard nothing from them. They've had the notification from the registry office but they've not taken it any further, so mum is still at the hospital.

They've sent me some brochures, which means I can have a chat with Bob to see what he wants to do. We can book online or go in in person to have a chat with them. I suspect the latter is the better option, if he's up for it.

The funeral is 5th May.

6 weeks between a death and the funeral. That's taking the piss. They've only collected my mum from the morgue today.
