A nice dream

Post by Fireball »

I always fancied one of these since being a teenager but with a price tag of £43k and fuel consumption of 15 mpg and a road tax of £2k per year, It would just have to remain a nice dream. 5 ltr, 8 cylinder engine will sound gorgeous I bet. 8)

I wonder if I could ask for a test drive at least. :D

Saleen used to do aftermarket Mustangs, then "official" 'Stangs for Ford, the Saleen S7 supercar, etc.....the white tail-lights were one of their 'trademarks'.
They're like what AMG used to be for Mercedes, Alpina for BMW, etc.
They're usually painted some stand-out colour.

You don't see them very often.

Saleen usually whack a supercharger and some wheels on the car and call it done from what I have gathered over the years. I've never seen the appeal.

The Hennessey Mustang seen on TopGear, however... Pwoah!!
