I played around with an app called FPse for a while when I had a Windows phone, they've now ported it to Android.

Basically it's a playstation emulator, if you "own" a ROM file for your favourite playstation games you can play them using the emulator. There are plenty of instructions on the web as to how you can convert your cartridges to ROM files and download games from t'interweb

There is a Flash version http://www.mofunzone.com/online_games/s ... lash.shtml should work on an android phone if you've got flash installed.
