I wonder how much this little PR stunt is going to cost them?

Surely they should know in advance if members of their flight crew need to be flown somewhere?

Poor planning and very poor method of dealing with the situation.

Well...it doesn't really matter why he was asked to leave, it seems he refused, and then was subsequently removed (and injured) whilst resisting.
The dragging part would be due to the close confines.

Let's face it....it's US Airlines....they did him a favour.

We flew United twice last year between cities in the states while on holiday. They were awful. Ryanair is good compared to United.

Are you sure they weren't dragging him on to the flight? :D

I hope they compensate him well and suffer for that one - appalling .
