Day off today so slobbing out going to see a mate in hospital and preparing for tomorrow
Taekwondo grading on Saturday
Nothing as yet planned for sunday. No doubt the bike will get a wash at some point

Repairing and rebuilding the house.
The washing machine leaked during the week and Mrs Nutz didn't notice until after the second load. The kitchen, hallway, and lounge where all flooded. To make matters worse, I forgot to move the contents insurance when we moved so unlikely to have any cover.
The policy is 8 years old though, so in going to give then a call and see if they will help out. If not, fun weekend for me.

Yesterday
Finished work (love 12 o'clock finishes) and went to help my gf sand down skirting boards at her gramp's house.
I started writing up the lab report for my uni work.
Took delivery of a new mattress (OMG IT'S SO NICE!!!).
Popped to the local Nike outlet store to get a new pair of running shorts and lycra under-shorts. Walked out with £97 worth of clothing including a new hoody and a couple of shorts.
Today
continuing with my lab report now
Football later today (with a pulled hamstring.. going to start as sub)
No plans for the afternoon

sports massage on my hamstring.... ouch
