Bought some of this coffee online before I got home for this break, claimed to have up to 6 times the caffeine of normal coffee yet not be bitter like other strong coffees.

Just finished my first 200g of beans and I must say I'm loving it. The taste is bang on and it is strong! I don't get all peaky yet it does give a good sustained 'awake' effect. Made Jess a cup and she wasn't as much a fan, got to work and was all spacey (lol) so now I make her a 1/2 strength brew. I brew mine as a fresh grind in a stove top 4 shot expresso pot and normally have the lot in one cup. But only have one a day.

Couple of mornings I've left it later to make my coffee and have noticed a headache coming on so I'm guessing my body is getting attached to this stuff, so god knows what withdrawals will be like when I go to work! (sweat)

I went and did the shepherd neame brewery tour last Friday evening, really good £30 includes tour, 2 course dinner with beer tasting and complimentary pint of your choice, realy nice but didn't realise they actually make Asahi there on behalf of Asahi Japan, they also do Oranjeboom, personally I just drank shed loads too much Spitfire! Was Awesome haha!

More than I should be with a run tomorrow.

I had a couple of those on the recommendation of my brother, tbh I thought they were too sweet.

On my third G&T of the evening - Old Tom & Schweppes, yum.

A 750mm bottle of Leffe Brune that was given to me today.
Just one bottle, and I'm actually feeling quite light-headed. (blush)
