As much as I like snakes, that thing ain't small and would certainly see off a cat or a small dog.

As much as I dislike things with an incorrect number of legs, who hasn't wished sudden and nasty retribution on an annoying little snotty that won't sit still?

Score one for the Eagle in my book. (raaar)

In all seriousness, as much as it is bred into me to dislike Australians, it's a pretty good life here. Winters are way shorter then NZ and there is a good quid to be made if your willing to graft. The wildlife in the lower half is nothing to worry about, as long as you don't go annoying it. Granted in the tropics there are things that will eat you for the hell of it if you give it the chance. But 90% of them
Are English backpackers (lol)

If any of you want to visit, there's a spare bed for you. Just bring some good gin with you.

We've just booked Tokyo, so that's us skint. Plus we're doing the family Florida thing next year so that's 2017 taken out as well.

But never say never. I've decided that I'm better off worrying about the money I've spent and having a good time than I am worrying that I've never got any money.

I've taken a similar tack since becoming financially independent. I will still be ok later in life but right now is for living, I'm not getting any younger. IOM is in my 5 yr plan, which also means catching up with as many of you reprobates as I can :P

They were only little ones, biggest was 2 m. Plenty of croc farms up Darwin/NT way so if one of the kids came from a croc farm family or had experience trapping them it wouldn't be hard at all to get their hands on them. It's a different world up north, very still much like the wild west in a lot of areas.

A typical Kiwikrasher day, I reckon.

Not really a fan of blondes, TBH, but I see your point.
