I used to get nosebleeds a lot until about 5 years ago. I used to get some pretty big ones too. I had loads of vessels quaterised in my nose, and that sorted out out.

I've not got a proper set up for working at home. As a result my left shoulder and back is all in knots. I really need a proper sports massage to sort it all out. It's quiet painful. I didn't get much sleep last night because I couldn't get comfortable.

I'm the same, but it's in the back of my neck.
And I suppose my working from home has involved more PS4 than my work laptop, that's going to contribute as well.
I get up every hour walk a bit and stretch ,fart make a cup of tea then get back to it
I thinking gentle stretching should help and a radox bath with 2 thai hookers
Would raising you screen help Kwacky? Hopefully avoid next strain. That and good posture are what I advised my wife as she had similar symptoms and seems to have helped.
Had MRI scans today so hopefully get some answers soon.
Couldnt feel my feet for 3 days at work last week as just totally numb. If I tilted my chin downwards, I got a warm sensation in my left thigh, which felt similar to wetting myself
Classic signs of nerve or spinal cord compression which all started 6 months ago when I banged my head at work. Been on 3 different types of pain killers and getting physio ever since, but unfortunately with little success.

This is a very good point
Try to make sure the top of the screen is at eye level. If your on a laptop hook up a keyboard and mouse if you can. Laptops are the worst things one the world for working on long term.

The issue is the seat/table height in the kitchen. The table is tall so my arms are resting on the table, pushing my shoulders up. When I can I work in the living room but sometimes I need to have two screens running which is why I work from the kitchen. The spare room is full of spiders so I can't set up an office in there
Good luck with the MRI results. That does sound like some form of nerve issue.
