I know a physio. I'm going to give her a call tomorrow to see if she can give me any exercises.

Resistance band, arms streight out and shoulder width apart, then stretch outwards keeping your arms level.

Sitting in a chair, reach and touch your toes. Hold for 30 secs.

Two of the exercises I got given when I had my shoulder issues (tight chest muscles causing deferred pain to the shoulder blade)

Fighting exhaustion. I've been sleeping more and more and it is having less and less effect.

Yesterday I left early to go and nap to then continue working in the evening. I was led in bed, eyes were welded shut by fatigue yet I couldn't sleep. I was unable to continue working the evening so instead I'm making up my time today/tomorrow. Trouble is, I feel very similar today as I did yesterday.

Coffee has zero effect.

I thought I had escaped hayfever season. It just seems to have come late this year.

Both myself and James have been using these to cleanse and cool the itchy eyes. They're cheap and you can get them delivered from Shaun w.Image

Ha. Just wait until the rain comes and brings down all the pollen that is sat floating round in the sky..

Was it on here we discussed about the reasons for the high pollen count?

Pretty much all trees are male by design. Councils started using male only trees to prevent the trees from mating and producing fruit/seeds.

I think 5 or 6 years ago was worse, I ended up in prescription strength anti-histamines as I was taking 3 of the one-a-day tablets just to survive the day.

I did find out that certain foods can make the reaction worse. For example, and I'm not taking the piss, beer or larger. Worth looking into if your really suffering.
