A lot depends on their previous fitness. My can drop off quite quickly but it doesn't take me long to get it back.

Got to 85kg today. Ideally looking at 80kg but shape is more important than weight. I'm on week 3 of the 12 programme. Getting my diet right is the hardest part. Trying to hit my calories but not relying on carbs to do so is pretty tough.

Diet is hard, I'm really struggling there too. I'd like to loose some weight, but need a good volume of carbs and protein to fuel the distance running.

You've done well though mate.

Central Park??
It needs a "mugger alert"-mode to make you sprint like a mofo for 30 seconds. That'd spice things up a bit.

Yes - Central Park with loads of ramps and hills, I don’t think the muggers could have kept up.

What activity is that? Surely not running, because that’s some massive pace of it is!

Cycling - it’s on Zwift

Think you can run on zwift as well now. Just started in the new year, getting pretty hooked...can only be a good thing.

I did legs on Thursday. I can barely walk today. My quads are burning.

Was supposed to be running a 10 mile road tomorrow, but it's been cancelled due to the weather.

Did a 10 mile race practice instead yesterday, 1:24 so pretty happy with that. This week is a build up to 18 miles next weekend!

I did my usual routine but mixed up the order as machines became available, and I'm fecked. Must mean that I need to try harder and will probably do a leg day on Wednesday.
