Itchy wrote:The coat turned up this morning.

Nobody's said anything to me, but it's back with the house keys in the pocket, exactly where I left it on Friday.

So the options are...
A- It was there all the time, and I'm just getting " senior memory moments"
B - someone has taken it unintentionally and returned it when they realised their mistake. (most likely)
C - someone has taken it to cover up their uniform for their weekend trip home (less likely and a bit shit really)
D - someone's having my pants down trying to make me think I'm going crazy. (not unheard of)
E - It was there all the time, and I'm just getting " senior memory moments"

Either way though, I've got my coat and keys back, so I don't really care anymore.

It is securely locked inside my locker now though!
(wait) Or someone wanted a copy of your keys.?

Pleased it turned out alright in the end anyway mate.

Work! When people write a job spec and interview you for a position why can't the interview you for the actual skill set they want!

I'm being asked to do stuff now that I don't want to do fur by career, if they had been honest in the interview I probably wouldn't have bothered with the job. Now I'm stuck with a while like if shite for the next few months.

Insurance, last week I got a quote on a 18 plate bike for transferring the policy, £55. Not great, not terrible.

Called today to get it transferred to this 67 plate bike and it's £120 (gah)
Older bike, worth less, same make and model but it's green not silver...

Aptitude Test

Well I just did my first one and it was for a vacuum systems company. I was absolutely effing terrible! I may have gotten 1 or 2 questions right. At least it isn't the only job I applied for because holy sh!t they aren't gonna hire me!

It fvcked me over so much I couldn't even remember simple algebra.

Q1: Rearrange the following to show R=...

1/R = 1/R1 + 1/R2

I couldn't remember if you can flip reciprocals so I just did it and hoped for the best (facepalm) I put R = R1 + R2.

Q2: Rearrange to show C...

a + b = ca - cb

I could not remember how to do a bloody thing so guess c = b. 99% certain it's wrong.

The whole thing was terrible and I genuinely feel angry with myself and pissed off. Absolute liability!!!

R= 2R/R1 + 2R/R2

c=(a+b)/(a-b)........................... maybe.

28 people are worth as much as half of the planets population.

28 people with more money than almost 4bn humans.

Tell me again how trickle down works

Greed will be the end of the human race.

By 2050 the population of the world will be 10 billion which isn't sustainable living as we do now.

Yes, but in 30 years time we won't be living as we do now, just as 30 years ago things were somewhat different too.

My trip to the hospital yesterday - 7 miles took 45 minutes. It’s getting close to being able run quicker at times.

I bet I would have been quicker on a pushbike.

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!
Easyjet - That is who I am wanting to vent about >..... Been on an online discussion for most of the morning so far!!
1) the web site was taking me around in circles for ages, trying to do what I want to do> Gave up (should have given up sooner, but I really thought I could do it lol) anyway then got into an online texting convo, with the outcome that they are a bunch of rip off crooks.
Not happy, its not as if the flights I am dealing with are not until May!!! Rant over, more coffee and back to what I should be doing, more bloody work....

A model company

Bought a small jar of black panel wash from a shop on ebay. I have never had any issues with ebay and but I do always keep payments to the lowest and nothing electrical over ebay. I have my rules

But I always take a look at their reviews and majority of their reviews are good. Ofcourse you will always get the occasional issues

I ordered from them x3 things

They sent me x2 things

I tried to email, then call - no answer

Looked on google - not good, entire for threads are dedicated to them

Next day call - they answered saying 'that's strange we will talk to the person who runs that part of the shop and get back in touch'

Nothing heard

I call back

Same reply as last time

I will wait until Monday and call back, if nothing heard then I'll make a claim through Ebay/ PayPal. Not having anyone steal from me
