It really pisses me off and I'm a dog owner.
Two rotweilers knocked evie over and then started to snarl when I told the owner to put them on a lead,it was a horrible situation and shook both of us up
The owner was a brain dead chav that responded with aggression and shouldnt be allowed to own a pet of any kind
Anyhow bike ride soon kwacky :)
Hope your little one is ok. That's horrible. Hope she doesnt feel nervous around dogs after that.

I have explained many times about our neighbour with the ex fighting dog.

Long story short I had a argument with him the other week about his dog not wearing a muzzle which he has been ordered to do so after other dog attacks in the area. He allowed his dog to attack 2 dogs in our area a few weeks back and caused £1400 worth of bet Bill's.

I've let Housing association know about all this as I shouldn't have to feel nervous living here as he has been very threatening towards me. I do worry about bumping into him. I bumped into him the other night after work and he threatened me with slamming my face in the door.

Housing assoication need to kick him out in my opinion

I'd be chatting to the Police if I were you.
If it went down the way you're saying (and I've no reason to believe otherwise), then that constitutes assault....or at least it would here...I've no idea about in the UK.
It may well be that the Police can do nothing about it right now....but at least it puts him on their radar.

Police already know about him! HMP finest! Homed outside his mummy and cousin Image

Lots of stories which I'm sure I have said in the past whether you believe it or not doesnt really make any difference too me tbh lol. Hes a c&*k.

I feel for Perkles daughter as that experience can scar people. My dog got attacked years back and my misses still can't walk in the woods with her. I know not a daughter but you do treat a dog as part of the family imo

Ebay - paid for an item ages ago, it never arrived. Created a case and it said money back within 2 days. It's been far longer than 2 days still waiting. It's not the amount it's the principle

End of rant

Virgin Media

My broadband speed has been appalling for a week and today it's so bad the Virgin Media live chat won't function due to poor network.

I've had to do video meetings by using my phone as a hotspot FFS.

Virgin Media again.. I knew their customer service was diabolical when you're trying to leave but I didn't realise it was so difficult to get hold of someone when you have a problem.

The bank/ royal Mail. Lost our marriage certificate which is fine if it was the printed one as you can pick them up for a small charge but when we asked if they want that or the hand written one they were firm and asked for the hand written one. Now they have lost it. Very upset and disappointed about it all.

Investigation is in

Also ebay. They said 48 hours and I would have an outcome for a refund, a couple of weeks later and they then said it's been resolved.

I got no update stating I had an outcome and no refund. Disappointed with the way they have dealt with it so rang them up and now I am appealing the decision.

Whether big or small amount of money that has been stolen, it's the principle, I hate thieves and I was protected by ebay money back guarantee, so I will make sure I get my money back!

Good on you Rossgo.
Fwiw it seems to me that eBay tend to make the "easiest" decision first, irrespective of merit. Good luck with your appeal.

Thanks StMarks. I just don't get how they made that decision, if something was taken and you recieve nothing and it shows clearly that the seller makes zero effort to get in contact then they should of issued a refund straight away. It annoyed me in all honesty I shall see what they say next

I've always paid through paypal on Ebay rossgo, and 3 times I've had items not turn up and no replies from seller when messaging them. Each time I've had paypal refund me within a month.

So if you paid by paypal put a claim in with them.

Exactly this. I tried being patient and reasonable for weeks. All messages were ignored. Logged a dispute and refunded with a few days. Just log a dispute buddy, you cant be reasonable with some folk.

Yea I've now put in a claim through Ebay and also PayPal. Which ever one comes first. Ebay stated 48 hours and paypal have stated a couple week.

Just the principle, in all honesty
