Yes mate. 2 of them! I have just done a very quick quite and if I were to go the best for what I got now the insurance premiums would be £850 but if I were to stick with 3rd party fire and theft it has gone up by £60 quid! I've always been told insurance decrease after each year...well that's b&ll&cks!

I agree with that mate. It defo has something to do with these cowards pulling off riders in the middle of town and riding away in their pride and joys. There seems to be no help out there apart from racking up premiums for the honest people. Thieves are scum they don't give a crap about anyone else

I've also heard from brokers that prices can be very random depending on whether the underwriters want to take on any more risk.

If you catch them on a bad day the premium can be stupid, but the same underwriter will give a vastly different value the next day

I never knew that Nutz. Clearly the system isn't fair. I really want to change and try something different but I just don't see it happening at the moment. Not very happy at the moment

M42 rant

What is wrong this motorway.

Why do they seem to think it's acceptable to change from a 60MPH zone to a 40MPH zone straight back to a 60MPH zone...well done almost caused a massive pile up because people saw you change the speed limit slammed on their breaks just to look at the next overhead sign to see 60 again.....was it to do with all the speed cameras and you wanted to catch people out....

Most of those cameras don't work unless you're doing over 80mph. I've yet to see them go off when the speed limit has been lowered.

the ones on the m25 and on the m20 definatley work, I see the m25 junction 3 get someone every single day, its a joke coz as Rossgo says they put the speed limit down on a clear motorway and I see people caught out all the time, as for the M20 my old man just got a letter through from her majestys finest for doing 58 while it was down to 50, and again on a clear bit of motorway, we looked at the pics

Kwacky cheers for the info. It's silly, it really annoyed me. This is what our motorway systems are going to I have no idea how that is safer every bugger is looking up not at the roads

Cavetroll - that's a proper shame about your dad. The system is Sri, they don't update the warnings enough and this is the outcome

Middle lane hoggers, my pet hate. Watched two sit in the middle lane of the M6 tonight, nothing in the inside lane to stop them pulling over but they made an ambulance with blues and twos going, have to pull into the outside lane to get past them.

WTF is wrong with some people.?

No one uses the left hand lane. It's the norm now to lane hog.

Cuts us up trys to go onto sombodys drive then reverses across the road into our path,we stopped him and had a word but his excuse was he had his reversing lights on so it was ok ?
Fecking dick ,photographed his no plate and will be writing to Sainsbury's,he wasn't to chuffed about that

So they had 3 fecking weeks, a shed load of planning time, and a fooking army of a workforce..

Did they finish the Waterloo upgrade on time... Did they feck..

Arrived at the station this morning to hear "we are sorry to announce ... Train is cancelled due to over running engineering works"

Trains this evening where still being cancelled, including mine!

Feckers!!!
