So true!

So I thought it was worth giving everyone the opportunity (wasntme) Big or small, vent the things that piss you off.. If you can't stand whinging might pay to give this thread a miss (lol)

EDIT:
The first rule of vent thread is don't dish out on the venter, if he thinks it needs venting, that what the thread was started for.
The second rule of vent thread is don't be a Darren

I'll start.... How the feck is a single dad supposed to take his 6 yr old daughter to use a public toilet when there is no family room or disabled toilet!!!

Cubicle?

Even so, that's not really ideal. Sorry, no better advice.

You stand outside the female toilets and as a woman approaches you hand her the child and say "here, I don't know how this works, you obviously do"

Funny enough I've used almost that approach. At the local for dinner and being a older small place, no option for me to take her in. Was trying to talk her into going in by herself (I felt it was safe) and a young cutie over heard and took her in for me (happy)

My daughter returned and said "that lady was pretty and very nice"

"Yes sweetie, she was indeed!"

Dogs and kids are a great way to break the ice with the opposite sex. I get stopped loads in the summer when I'm walking my dog.

Why do you think I want a dog so badly? Course, it's generally frowned upon to "borrow" people's kids. :D

Don't get a pug

WTF is about pugs that makes everyone want to get one?

In recent times the popular dogs have been:-

Dobermans
German Shepherds
Rottweillers
Pitbulls
Bull Mastiffs
Staffordshire Bull Terriers

Now it's Pugs. If you want proof we've gone soft as a nation, pugs is your evidence.

Well my daughter got me a phone number of a nice Milf today actually...

But I was for a play date with her kid and I'm pretty sure she still has a husband (doh)

Do I seem like a pug kinda guy? I mean, I like them in the sense I like ALL doggies, but nah.

Staffies, sure. Great pups. Or maybe a Whippet cross... But tbh, I'd just have a rescue dog of any type just now, if I could. If...

I know I said I know nothing about parenting, but I'm not sure you'll survive if you give your kids to me for any length of time. :D :D

Oh the area I live in is far to tight knit for that carry on! Plus I don't want to start alienating my kids friends just yet, I'm trying to establish myself as the favourite parent (lol)

I so don't miss that, makes me feel angry just thinking about it. 3 to 4 hours a day to do a 22 mile round trip!

My commute to any of 6 major cities is Peak District B roads now and the occasional annoying caravan.
