Re: What are you doing today ??
Just got back from court The removals for our last move were awful and damaged a couple of items .
I sued for the damaged items and breach of contract , thankfully the judge ruled in my favour and awarded me the amount I asked and for my costs as well.
I filed the case online in early February and just got to court today... a long winded process especially as I accepted mediation and they didn't
So feel happier now it's out of the way

Superb news bb41. Good for you not letting them get away with it and glad to hear it's all sorted now.

Thank you both , court is never a nice place to be ... my youngest spends much of her time there, no wonder she is work stressed...so many depressing casesBlade wrote:Superb news bb41. Good for you not letting them get away with it and glad to hear it's all sorted now.

Bb41 glad its sorted now. Unsure how a company can allow it to get to that stage. Customer stratification surely it would of been easier and probably cheaper for them to give you money back for the items. Bet it was a stressful time

Popped to Infinity today to hand in my visor. On the way back I saw a black BMW with no markings turn on his blues. The guy in front of him was a silver A3 and he got stuck behind a slow moving vehicle...I think that A3 driver is fu(ked !!

Thank you Rossgo..I gave them every opportunity to settle it for a lot less through mediation but they wanted to go ahead ... all done nowRossgo wrote:Bb41 glad its sorted now. Re: What are you doing today ??
It's a full moon & it's also at it's perigree (as opposed to apogee) so it's as close to Earth as it gets....it'll look noticeably larger as a result.
It's also visible right after sunset, extending "daylight" a bit for you agricultural/allotment types...hence "harvest moon".
The "Friday the 13th" part is just coincidence (not to mention a lot of medieval nonsense)....there's usually a full moon sometime around the middle of September.

Enjoying the weather today. It’s in between the too cold and too hot periods at the moment. Nice mid 20’s with a little breeze and clear cloudless day.

I was at a kids soccer carnival chatting to my neighbour (the copper) most of the day, sooo not really conducive to snapping photos like a dirty old man!!
