Been struggling for the past week or so (lost count of the days to be honest maybe just from coming back from honeymoon. Feels like my eye is going to explode (not kidding!) Feels like my whole head is being pushed down then makes me feel sick. Went to the opticians they gave me a clean bill of health on Tuesday. I rang the docs they said sinus issue so bought a nasal spray. It got too much and when my misses walked in she found me in the bathroom, pale as a ghost holding my head! She called the docs and saw me last night.

Could be 1 of 2 issues, sinus or some other thing which he said would take a while to get over. But he's popped me some antibiotics and to keep taking the spray. Both issues could of been caused from swimming pressure or flying

I don't get ill often and never get head aches but doctor referred to what I am experiencing as a severe head ache...screw suffering with headaches/ migraines

Never had it before and after this I don't ever want it again lol. I have worked my rota (days and nights) I've gritted my teeth through all of it and its hurt like buggery! Found it very difficult to concentrate and visor has been blurry because of the pain.

But drugs are being consumed which helps to a certain extent - I'm able to write all of this now!

I did as well for quite a few years due to badly deviated septum (nose broken twice, I was a bit lippy when i was younger lol) but couple years back had a septoplasty and turbinoplasty surgery done and it's been amazing ever since. My quality of sleep is so much better as well as I dont have to mouth breathe anymore.

Nah - our girls had some very pretty and lovely friends when they were 18 - made me feel old, but popular with young pretty girls for an hour or two.

From my experience with my daughter at that age, go to bed with earplugs and check under the bed for food in the morning so it doesn’t turn into a treasure hunt for the smell about two weeks later

Just been for breakfast with a friend from work, there was supposed to be 6 of us but only myself and Claire showed up... I was not upset by that.

The Wife and I just went and delivered takeaway to our family in the maternity ward.

My cousin is expecting his first child tonight and his mum is the birthing partner to his girlfriend.

We were sat around a table talking baby names when my Wife just started crying, see, we miscarried a few weeks ago and it was pretty tough being there. Only my Aunty knows about this so off she starts blubbing too but also my cousin. It's been pretty tough and I was crap for my Wife when she needed me but now I've come to terms with it we are going strong again.

Just being there made me realise how precious life is. We got a text while visiting to say that a family friend had passed away tonight too.

It's been an emotional night that's for sure.

Well I am glad I am away as for the second consecutive Monday there are no trains running at all.

Couldn't take the pain anymore. Seems to be set off by just opening up a window, taking the dog out, or just sitting around. I've had to take the night off work. I look amazing in front of our new boss hate being sick.

Ive rung the doctors about 4 times today, talked to 2 of them and have now prescribed Amitripyline - take twice a day.

Had a attack 1 hour ago all I was doing was laying down on the sofa. Taken this tablet and I seem to of brightened right up.

I bloody hope this is going to help now. Doctors don't think its sinus anymore they think it's some nerve as the pain is in my eye, forehead, side of head, cheek and teeth.

I swear the past 12 months has been s&it I've never been so I'll on so many different occasions

I got asked to pick up my cousin, his girlfriend and his newborn baby today. Guys, I have never been so smitten as to see the scrunched up face of a 1 day old baby!! So proud of the mum and so proud seeing my cousin openly emotional about his son.

Gentle drive home and I rang the wife who was at work - "we're out the front.. come quick!". She was out in a flash and grinning from ear to ear. We flashed a look at each other, a look of "what happened sucked but this WILL be us one day". When we got them home they invited me to get him out of the car seat and hold him for a bit. They left the room and shut the door.

I needed that.. even now, writing this, there's a tear in my eye but a smile on my face.

When I wake up then it's a drugged up tired. When I'm sleeping it takes away the pain so on happy about that
