Yes, just fell out. Filling was still there, just no front of tooth.

It just shows how expensive and slow UK dentist healthcare can be now.

Got seen the same day for treatment as well.

In France (not subsidised) temporary tooth / filling - €23. Crown (which she will get in September) €200. Bargain.

Spent all day today wiring up the shed. Added a consumer unit, light, and three double sockets. All was to be connected to the house by joining some new armoured cable to an existing cable fun an old airco unit.

The wiring took far longer than it should, and armoured cable is an arse. The final post pisser was trying to isolate the Aircon. I turned off all the fuses, except the new circuit fit the kitchen and the damn thing still had power. Looks like I'm going to have to turn the whole house off, god knows where is wired in.

If you've still got fuses in your main board you could do with a rewire to breakers. I'd get it tested tbh.

It is all breakers, about 20 years old though when the house was rewired. I'm old and can't get out of the habit of calling them fuses.

One of the previous owners of the house was an Aircon engineer, so he installed the Aircon himself. It's a good installation, I just can't work out where he has got the power from.

Finally took some pictures to show you.

Bespoke shoes drawers, bespoke shoe shelves and electric wired into the cupboard for door activated lighting and Dyson charging. Also a new coat rack which we painted.

The flooring was a satisfying job, bit of a nightmare in a couple of places but very happy. Still need to silicone it but we've got a couple of small paint touch ups to do first.

Very nice.

I give it 6 months before that cupboard under the stairs is fired with crap and you have to move the dyson mount. Lol.

I like it Cav. (y)
You've got no railing, which avoids clutter.
Boxed/waterfall stairs are a cleaner look with less chance for tripping.
Unusual colour for the wood but I really like it....what is that, oak?? Technically it's been quarter-turned, but that really just comes down to preference.

Cheers mate.

We may need a banister once kids arrive but for now we like it without.

It's laminate. It's a lovely Grey/Natural Oak appearance. Something a little different :) It matches the new carpet well too which is grey with some brown and beige.
