Sounds good. Fwiw I got some cheap baffles of eBay which were very effective at noise attenuation. Daytonabuffs bike failed the noise test at Oulton one £9 baffle later and all is well.
Instead of buying a rear suspension bush and paying someone to fit it could you not consider a linkage complete with bush and bearing of a low mileage bike. Maybe try Griff at AP he sold me a rear caliper at a very good price and was like new. The complete linkage would be a very simple diy straight swap.
Problem with the baffle is the cans are modified stock cans so there is nothing really off the shelf that fits. I've found one type of baffle on eBay and they are about £20 each !
The bush replacement is quite simple and quick, if it's only one bush that needs replacing. If not then it's a big job as the cans and collector have to come off to get at all the bolts that hold the rear linkage together. As I've not got an abba stand it's not something I can do really.

I bought baffles and modified to suit which is very easy.
Regards the linkage. As a suggestion why not buy an Abba stand instead of paying someone else to do the job. That way you have a very useful bit of kit which can used extensively for very similar money to having one job done by someone else. If the Abba stand is out of budget put a steel bar through the frame and hang from rafters or support on car axle stands. Just an idea.

Is that all?
Typical day unfortunately . TBH I would be less hassled and rushed if I never tinkled or rode motorcycles as I would have more time for chores and jobs but I would rather cheese grate my own testicles using an acid dipped cheese grater

Bloody hell! I wouldn't get all that done in a week!
Happiness is not a destination. It is a way of life.
Cheers mate. Looking forward to getting back into work if I'm honest. The break has been nice, but any longer and I'd start getting bored or more injured doing DIY.
