Go on, go postal.

It'll make a welcome distraction on the news from the Tory Leadership campaign and I can look after your ZX6R when you're inside.
You're welcome to the ZX6R.. needs the gearbox looking at and radiator replaced. And the brakes won't work on the road because carbon (devil)

I'm quite simply fed up with idiots who talk to you like sh!t and don't give a fvck about maintaining professional relationships which are absolutely required. I suck it up, stay quiet until they've finished their sh!t then continue as normal but I've had enough of it.

I'm not saying any more than that as: 1) I won't stop and 2) this is the wrong thread for it.

Time flies, only seems like a year ago that you were buying that little Jag'.
No, trusty Mondeo which passed! Goes to new owners probably Thursday. One of the best cars I've ever owned. Time for a change (and working air conditioning :D )

Bought the jag over 5 years ago. Scary huh!

I really like them. Very expensive for a small SUV though.

I think for the main part the hybrid/electrics have gone past the "weird-for-the-sake-of-being-weird" stage when it comes to the looks department.

I had one of those horrible 16hr days that should start at 4am, but 5 mins prior to my alarm going off a lightning strike 150m from our house woke me and almost everyone in the area up - all that is apart from MiniGee who could sleep through anything it seems.

It didn’t get any better as some of the worst conditions I’ve driven in for years dogged me all the way down to Bristol, finally got home this evening with a stinking skull ache to top things off.
There are just some days it’s best to stay in bed. (rain)

On the train to London to meet up with my brother.

Some serious stuff to talk about, have a few beers, see the Stray Cats in Hammersmith and back tomorrow.

C00kie is cooking alright. God its hot. Unpleasantly so sadly.

It was 39 in the shade yesterday, i dread to think what it was in the sun - 60+ ? maybe.

The humidity is really high too - you cant do things outside for long thats for sure (sweat) (sweat) (sweat)

The dogs are struggling, having to keep them in and as cool as they will let us.

We are hoping for a little cloud or two today to at least take the direct sunlight. You can understand how some people die like the old and weaker folks.

That does sound severe mate, let's hope you don't have to endure it all for too long.

This may be a wake-up call to some, to the threats that our societies may face from future climate refugee migration.?

I feel your pain Cookie, we usually get a few weeks of weather like that over summer here. Those days the aircon stays on and the curtains stay shut all day. Sometimes the pool isn’t enough relief because you’re still breathing in fire (or so it feels). I love the heat but anything 38+ gets a bit ridiculous.

Reviewing my DNA ancestry results. Jess got us both the kits a while ago and the results just got uploaded.

I now know why I don’t mind kicking around on here with you lot (lol)

That's cool-as-cucumber. I think that sort of thing is really interesting, really absorbing.

My dad was adopted and I haven’t lived with my mother since I was 2 so I had no idea of my background.

Yep...I was adopted too. So my real/original name is different (obviously), & my birth date was changed by a few weeks as it was only a few days away from my sister's. Was originally told I was Irish descent, but I'm Irish/Scottish & @50% Lakota Sioux, or something like that, Kimosabi.

As a cynical lawyer who has read 1984 and knows a bit about contract law I can confirm that there's no way I'll hand over my DNA in a voluntary basis.
