They'll make sure you've got full range and if you need to do any more exercises for it.

Well the Physio was very impressed, just said I needed to do some gym work to strengthen the shoulder up a bit but all was good. Don't even need to go back.

Enjoying some sun and fun with my family in Mexico.

Don't even have to both swimming over to the pool bar as a lovely lady keeps popping round with an iPad for drinks orders so just having a post breakfast mojito poolside :P

Staying at The Grand, Moon Palace resort and this place is unreal. I was awake early with jet lag and swinging of night shift so downloaded the resort APP and order room service at 3am. By 315am I had a gorgeous Aberdeen Angus burger, some crepes and a selection of hand made chocolates the latter I didnt even order but duly scoffed (y) . All washed down with a large Hennessy and then a chill out in the hammock till the kids and missus woke up a few hours later.

I'm going to get very fat I reckon (giggle)

I've had a long ranty email in from my opponent about something I've not done and how it's caused him and his client nothing but problems. He demands an apology.

Oh dear

Oh dear oh dear.

You didn't read your file, did you pal?

So I've just forwarded the email to him. The one I sent in December with all of the information in it he says he's never had. And seeing as he copied in my boss and his, I've done the same.

Prick.

Haha nice one Kwacky.

Revenge is a dish best served cold and sounds like Mr Prick needed his serving out of the freezer.

2 vehicle thefts , 4 thefts from vehicles , 6 cases of fraud , possession and cultivation of cannabis .

12 months probation , 12 weeks curfew 7pm-7am with a tag on his ankle .

If I ever find him I will remove his head through his ar$ehole .

It's just cost me nearly £800 (and a lot of favours) to make it rideable and the £150 the police contractor charged me to pick it up .

It seems these days there's not much justice afforded to you, under the law.

Especially as
Jack wrote: 2 vehicle thefts , 4 thefts from vehicles , 6 cases of fraud .....That they could prove easily & beyond doubt, waiving the (doubtless) countless other offences ...
