Took my Brother shopping for clothes this morning, he’s dropped from a 40” waist to a 36” in the last year, he’s never had the gift of looking smart and consequently he’s looked a shambles since we were kids, that said since last Septembers events he’s made a concerted effort to pull his life around.

Today was the first time ever he’s bought a pair of jeans from anywhere other than a supermarket, or paid more than £20 for a shirt. He looks 100% better than 12 months back and his confidence is building steadily, he’s gradually winning his battle.
