Schnitzel, eggs & browns for breakfast.

Which I probably shouldn't have done. I can feel my stomach bubbling already.

That sounds like some sort of jargon the LAPD would use. Or the mob.

Trinidad style fried chicken with lime/spice coleslaw, spicy chips, gravy and hot sauce, recipe and spice kit from the outfit below - unsurprisingly my membership was a present from Mrs Gee. It was excellent by the way!

Roast chicken and mixed beans.

I've also done a smoked chilli beef dish which will cook overnight for tomorrow's dinner

Last night had a brisket buger in a steak house on the island. No pics we were starving and just demolished our food!

Last night a Chinese. The Chinese here in Port Erin is really good. Different to how our locals do it but really enjoyed it and full of flavour

The wife made me 2 gaint steak ciabatta butties with sauted mushrooms and fried onions yesterday. I managed only 1.5 as there was loads. I had the reaming half warmed up later on and surprisingly is was probably nicer. Not sure why tbh, but maybe the meat had rested more or juices soaked flavour into the butty but weirdly it was nice at the time but nicer re heated which I wasn't expecting.
