It's the day after a Sunday roast, so that means it's bubble and squeak day.

No, it's on the dessert & pastry aisle at Northgate Market, right next to the ice cream.

The food in quarantine is at its usual poor standard so should lose more weight.

Down 8 kg (18 lb) since I started keto 3.5 months ago. Nearly back to pre surgery weight

I'd need to shed a few limbs to get my weight to where it ought to be. (facepalm) (facepalm)

My BMI works out at 22.5
(When checking for this ^ I have discovered that I have so far lost 3.25cm in height since my 20's :( ).

My BMI seems to work out to be somewhat higher than yours.
Can't say I'm surprised.

BMI isn't a very good indicator IMO. Is a one size fits all approach to weight.

Just ordered a dominos.

Comfort stodge and I don't give a crap about my BMI. Even at my fittest, I think my body fat was about 17%, my BMI had me at obese. Utter BS.

Burp!

One large meateor pizza (13.5") and a side of chicken bites done... My BMI had just gone up a notch or two.
