Try the Dorset Cereals range of muesli much nice, especially if you add your own nuts, seeds and fruits to the already very generous amounts in there.

Steak pie, roasties, carrots and peas, and it was lovely, I was working in the pouring rain today and was tired and hungry when I eventually got home from a 12.5 hour day. Have to confess to nicking a few peanuts from the Crimbo stocks before dinner with a drink, very civilised way to unwind.

Feeling very fat this evening, I had a lovely beef carpaccio, followed up by a Franconian/Bavarian dish I can't remember the name of, but it has thick medallions of pork with crispy baked onions and crispy bacon with mushrooms, all in a cream sauce, topped off with a fried egg, fried potatoes and a sauerkraut salad on the side, have to say it was fantastic!
A couple of the local dark beers went down very well indeed as well.
