Absolutely zilch, sweet fa, nout completely nothing :? Doing a 16 hour fast to help my body clock adjust when coming off nightshift.

Tbh I don't miss the food too much as really carb load before starting the fast, its the no tea or coffee I miss the most. Just drinking water alone is really hard for me.

Re the drinking, if I've had to be on just water for medical reasons, sparkling water with a few drips of lime juice in the glass first is a pleasant change.

Now you've done it DG....toad-in-the-hole & gravy is my all-time favourite meal...me mam used to make it so well....she had a special trick to get the Yorkers just right.

No wonder everyone on here complains about weight....I only eat about 3 times a week...prolly why I'm lighter than I was at 17...I pretty much have to be force-fed.
