Its Friday so nice to have a bit of fish. Missus is murdering (allegedly a specialist method of burning / over cooking food that takes years to perfect ) some Dove sole whilst I sit in the garden with a beer for 5 minutes break from demanding kids.

Chaotic bliss :?

Had my croc burgers.

They're definitely different. Quite chickeny, not quite fishy, a definite meaty burger texture, I spent both burgers trying to discern the flavour.

Still can't quite put my finger on it. Guess it tastes like crocodile!
