Toad in the hole, with roasties, peas and leeks in cheese sauce.

Cheese sauce and Yorkshire pudding press my buttons and imho could solve most of the worlds woes on their own.

Curries. I love cooking curries from the basic spices, toasting them etc etc.

Duck Dopiaza and Chana Masala (chickpea curry) ready for this evening. They always taste better when they sit for an afternoon and you can smell them all day. I could eat them now - thats the only problem :P

Oh and i'm deep frying the duck skin later too 8)

It was staring you in the face Daz, like Yorkshires and cheese sauce, bikes and food both make my world better, but I don’t eat while I’m riding. ;)

P.S. Imho anyone that serves toad in the hole without gravy needs retraining with stale bread and water for a month.

Fig rolls. They're a healthy snack because they're filled with figs

Figs themselves are filled with wasps though. There's always a dead wasp inside a fig. They're what makes a fig from a flower. Almost certain.

Enjoy your snack.

Street market for lunch again. Argentinian stall today.. The most amazing steak cooked perfectly, medium rare with a crispy sear. Accompanied by chips, salad, and regional spicy sauce.

Nothing yet.... at a restaurant and one hour after ordering the kids meals came out and it’s been another 1/2 hr and Jess, Byron and I are still waiting for our meals.

Not one mention when we walked in with four kids that it would be over an hour wait for food (swear)
