It was a thick bit of beef and I got 2 of them. They were the most succulent pieces of meat I have ever eaten. These Mexicans know their beefImage

A Yorkshire Wrap... Take a large flat Yorkshire pudding, fill it with a roast dinner, and roll it up... Fantastic..

Found a new street market in Soho (happy)

Spaghetti Carbonara, done traditionally. ‘Twas excellent, but now I’m stuffed.

Pizza from a new place nearby.

Quality ingredients but the dough was too chewy for my tastes.

Not hungry tonight, so only had beans on sourdough toast with half a dozen rashers of crispy smoked streaky. Hit the spot though!

Jess is staying the week while her kids are holidaying with their dad so I get to cook for another adult for a change!

Last night was pan fried salmon which was cooked to perfection (more fluke than skills) mash and fresh green beans lightly drizzled with butter and honey.
