Post by Kwacky »

So what's everyone up to?

Gym tonight then early night.

Got no plans for the rest of the weekend. Wife seems to think I'll be doing some jobs around the house. Ha!

Apparently the starter of "Lasagne of Slow Cooked Oxtail with Celeriac Purée, Baby Spinach and Horseradish Cream" is pretty special!

Clearing my desk today in readiness for a week away, tonight I'll be watching the game in Cardiff and either celebrating or drowning my sorrows. Tomoz I'll be mostly chilling and spending some time with the family before leaving midday on Sunday.

Was going to the gym tonight, but didn't quite make it so decided to exercise the right arm with a glass of wine or two instead (blush)

Tomorrow is a family morning, then spending the afternoon with littlest Nutz as the older one has been invited to a party. Got a feeling this will involve going to a nice cafe as she is rather partial to a hot chocolate, and well you have to have cake..

Sunday is going to be a long run, I'm thinking a minimum of 11 miles and aiming for the half marathon pace.. The rest of the day will be recovery.

Will make the effort to get down to BMW for the launch - take a gander at new metal. Won't test ride the RR yet, seems they get about twenty mins, and mainly guys who have ordered one. I will wait a few weeks and get out for a couple of hours.

Speaking to them it's really is a whole new bike in feel to the previous model... I was gob smacked when he said that, and he has just bought himself a previous model for the track and is felling gutted! That shows how much of a difference it is. Looking forward to getting a ride on it now.
