Did the weigh in and measurements last night.

I've lost very little but my wife has lost 3kg since we last weighed her. She's dropped 12cm off her waist and her skin looks really healthy. She suffers with bags under her eyes but they've almost gone. It's really transformed her.

I'm below 80kg today which was my target (that's 12 stone 6lbs in old money).

So I'm chuffed.

My wife has done really well so far. Tomorrow is the last day so we'll check Friday morning to see how we've both done overall.

We finished yesterday. Thatw as tougher thhan I expected.

You measure your chest, waist, hips, upper arm, thigh and calf as well as your weight.

Overall I've only lost 3cm but managed to shed close to 5kg taking me below 80kg. I've got a bit more definition now. The plan from here is to reduce the crap I eat, drink more water, increase protein and trying and get a bit more shape and definition.

Mrs Kwacky only lost about 3kg but managed to move a total of 34cm, which is pretty amazing. Those of you who know her know she's not a big 'un.

Thanks for your support on here.

Just had a look at that link, it's quite a bit different than what I expected, definitely not your "quick fix" I first thought of.

So are you moving on to the FIT1 and FIT2 programs or just going to self manage from here?

How hard was it to stick to? Where you able to still exercsie while doing this or were the energy levels affected?

I wouldn't mind giving this a go, I've got bugger all fat on me for my age, but I have got a stubborn layer over the lower stomach that I've never been able to completely shake.

That's the same for me - I've got a small spare tyre I couldn't shift.

I won't be doing the FIT1 for now. I'm going to carry on with my nromal gym routine and see where that takes me. I'll keep an eye on my weight and might measure the belly every so often to see how I'm getting on.

I exercised as normal without any problems. The only thing I changed was to increase my warm up time from 10 to 15 minutes. The Clean9 encourages you to exercise to promote the weight loss. I've gained some muscle which explains why my total loss is only 3cm

I've fattened up for the winter :)

I'll lose mine when the weather gets better.

Well done matey, always difficult to change habits or have to make an effort to get and cook specific foods. Good weight loss (y)
