A pair of Coppers in anti-stab vests leading an alleged street artist away, anyone else see a little bit of overkill in this? Would anyone have banged David Hockney up if he had painted a pic on the wall of a house? Maybe they would if it had been done under a nom de aerosol.

I suspect this is either an elaborate hoax designed to embarrass authority or that same authority embarrassed by the fact this guy can complete pieces of artwork at will under their noses and have decided to destroy him for not playing the game to accepted rules.
