Post by duke63 »

Seems BT internet is having problems with its DNS servers nationwide.

To read some of the comments from people its like they have been told they have days to live. :D

They just put out a tweet to say it is fixed now, I've been so unimpressed with Bt since switching

Its the first problem i have had with BT for about 18 months now.

I doubt any other provider is better and from what i read most of them are worse.

We all know people complain about the crap stuff. All of the big providers have their good points and their bad. VM provide me with incredible speeds on the internet and I have no issue with their TV. When I have complained they've reacted.

I've been with Demon internet since I moved into the house and they have been superb. Working from home for a year and having to be permanently connected you realise how stable the connection is. The couple of times I did have an issue their support team couldn't do enough to help.

On the ranting front, there is nothing funnier that when twatter or arsebook go down. From the complaints you would have thought that people genitalia had been removed with blunt rusty spoons..
