Don't worry duke, I didn't see it as harsh, it's a highly emotive subject and if you have lost someone to a corrosive illness I'd expect a reply like that, tbh had our posts been reversed I'd have reacted in exactly the
same way. I think we are frustrated that our own lives are beyond our control at a point where we have to trust others to do our bidding, it's anger and frustration at our own impotence in that situation.
