I was in an abusive relationship for about 8 years,my x used to kick and punch me ,hit me with things around the house etc I had black eyes bruises everywhere but couldnt pluck up the courage to leave her ,yes it was a woman doing it.When an abusive partner cries suicide etc it pulls you from limb to limb so I can understand why people stay with abusers for all the wrong reasons.
You just have to stand by her Stew until things work out for the best

Yeah I think I know which one you mean, doubt she'd watch it, I spoke to her yesterday and you would there was nothing wrong, I just wish that the next time he does it she leathers him, he's a scrawnt little runt, and put him in hospital for a while, I suppose we can live him hope

It's not always easy to leave an abusive relationship and it's not always physical either.

Think I've had both now, certainly the first one was.

Not sure why we are drawn into these type of people constantly.

I'm staying well clear now, and just live happily with the dogs and other animals ,
Stew all you can do is stand back and be there for her , the more you stay calm the closer she will get to you and hopefully more distant to him.
