(y) Good attitude Stew. It's all well & good getting worked up by this "gent" (TDR speak), but if you took the Binno approach your family will only suffer even more.

How about you write them a letter, asking for an official explanation as to why they are failing in their duty.?

You just have to stand by her Stew until things work out for the best
No one should have to put up with any form of physical abuse mate, full stop

Stew, there is a drama on BBC3 right now, it was on the other night & I watched it (by proxy) & it was quite smart.

I wonder if there s any way you could get her to watch it.?

Yeah I think I know which one you mean, doubt she'd watch it, I spoke to her yesterday and you would there was nothing wrong, I just wish that the next time he does it she leathers him, he's a scrawnt little runt, and put him in hospital for a while, I suppose we can live him hope

St marks. I watched it last night on iplayer

It's not always easy to leave an abusive relationship and it's not always physical either.

Think I've had both now, certainly the first one was.

Not sure why we are drawn into these type of people constantly.

I'm staying well clear now, and just live happily with the dogs and other animals ,
Stew all you can do is stand back and be there for her , the more you stay calm the closer she will get to you and hopefully more distant to him.
Live each day as your last as one day you'll be right !!
