Mr BB and my eldest are horrendous sufferers,

My gp suggested sniffing salt water, try doing that to a nipper at 2 years old, it did seem to give temporary relief but not sure if it would be classed as child cruelty now

I get it awfully, to the point I've almost ended up in hospital as my throat as swollen shut and I couldn't breath, I normally take 2 of the 1 a day pills and have eye drops handy at all times to stave it off

Yes, had it this week :(

Doesn't help living in the middle of crop fields :D

A tablet each morning seems to hold most of it off..

My little lad suffers from it quite badly, apparently you need to keep taking the medicine, even when you're not showing any symptoms. I don't know exactly, the missus watched the article on TV and relayed it to me, but since we started doing it with Finn it's a lot more manageable, to the point where you forget he has it.

Mine kicked in to gear this morning as well. Not helped by the bloody council who decided to cut the grass round our house this morning..

It's a bit late starting this year so I'm hoping that it might be a little easier to bare than previous years. I normally end up on prescription tablets and a nasel spray just to stop me going insane.

Apparently eating locally produced honey really helps. I think the honey has to be produced in a 5 mile radius of where you live for it to have best effect.

I get it really bad, tablets from boots, rhinoblast for the nose, love it on holiday abroad as I don't have a problem with it.

I don't generally suffer from it but my dad is hilarious, he sneezes amazingly loud and he talks like he's on deaths door!! And constantly splashes his face with cool water!! He makes me laugh!! If he was a person who took sick days off Work he would do it for this!!
