I've always done it the old skool way to a jam jar with something like this and had perfect results.

I use a bluetooth adapter and tuneecu to open abs solenoid valves but sounds like you don't need that function.

If you are changing the fluid, then don't let it all drain out. drain almost to the bottom of the reservor, refill and repeat.

Cheers guys, done it many times, just wondering if anyone had come across any kit that makes it less of a ball ache. It's due a full strip down really, so might order a calliper seal kit as well.

I have got one if the Mityvac bleeding kits but I don't think it makes it much easier. It will pull the fluid through quicker but that is all. In terms of bleeding I still go back to the jam jar method as its the most effective in my opinion.

Totally agree old skool jam jar.

Only ever an issue if you introduce air, I.e new lines or caliper strip down. If your just changing fluid, the the jam jar method is 5 minutes and a doddle to do.

I bought a 1-way valve hose.. worst piece of kit I ever purchased. I do struggle with bleeding with the conventional jam jar though and find the vacuum kits are the best! Consistent bleeding with those.

Are any of you travelling from Swansea past Stroud (Gloucestershire) in the next week or so? A mate bought an engine but obviously can't collect it.

A letter from the NHS trust confirming my last consultation about coming back in for some more surgery. Yeah I am prepared to accept the pain and issues associated with it all right now, its not going to kill me... rather than going anywhere near a hospital right now for more surgery !!! But it will have to happen.
