I do apologise - I didn't see this thread.

Thank you all so much - we had the best day of our lives !!!

We got married 5 minutes from Lucy's Tearoom at Hyde House and the venue is just beautiful - as was my Wife.

2 days after we tied the knot we went to a travel agent to book our honeymoon - Thomas Cook have shafted everyone!!! You're looking at 3x the standard cost and we decided it wasn't worth it. Instead, we booked a lodge in Perrenporth (North Cornwall) with a private Hot Tub and we took our dog, Elsie.

We still have a substantial sum remaining from all the gifts we received which are stored safely ready for a full honeymoon next year.

One thing I haven't told many people is the gift she gave me on the day. My Wife decided to do a boudoir shoot for me and she even took her bike leathers, my helmet and my gloves....

....I actually have a photo of her straddling my helmet. Nom !!
