Yamaha Motogp docked points

The teams and the factory, but not their riders, have been fined 50 points for using valves from two different manufacturers.

It appears to be related to their early season engine problems.

None of the other teams have objected to the punishment so it'll stand.

I'm glad to see that the points were just for the manufacturer and not the riders.
